Lot 015 - Antique Pen And Ink Drawing On Board Of Nude Woman In Suggestive Pose With Cheeky Inscription "To Jim And Sadie" Artist Signed H.D. Hawley, Dated 1911, In Frame As Found, 5-3/4" x 7-3/4"Pre Auction Notes: We believe this to be an original pen and ink drawing. We have been unable to find information on the artist or additional copies of this work. It appears to be drawn in live black ink with a small hit of blue ink to the woman's right eye. This has not been evaluated by an expert. It is sold in the original frame as found, though we replaced the original backing board with a piece of modern mat board. Wood split on frame back right.
The gauge has nice patina and rust throughout
