The solution allows loan officers to send pre-approval letter, milestone updates to their phone contact or particular groups. It includes the feature to maintain list of emails and messages templates that can be used anytime for quick updates. Notes feature is provided as well to track list of work and remind the clients accordingly.
LoFuse app has enabled loan officers to communicate easily by customizing bulk texting and emails which turns hours of work into seconds. They are now able to send updated pre-approvals, milestone updates, and more… all from their phone. Loan officers can now stay top of mind with their referral partners and earn more business.
